Do I have to talk to sellers in person or can I close deals from my computer?
Although closing a deal from your laptop sounds appealing, it is not scalable, and you will miss many opportunities.
We have closed many properties by just exchanging emails back and forth with the property owner. We never got to talk to them over the phone or meet them in person, but it does not happen regularly.
You will need to learn and be comfortable talking to sellers on the phone or in person to succeed as a real estate investor. That's how you will close more deals and make more money.

Can you start wholesaling with little to no money?

Daren and I did it with only a budget of $250 a month. This was our wholesaling business budget for 12 months.
